Responsibilities

- You’ll be responsible for bringing to life cloud services and interfaces that will power all classes of devices including mobile, Windows PC, and Xbox.
- You’ll collaborate closely with our product and design teams.
- This role will leverage your passion for quality and test-driven development.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in C# or Java required.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Web API preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud technologies preferred.
- Good knowledge of object-oriented software development, algorithms, and data structures.
- Deep customer empathy and focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Python trends, libraries, and best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure optimal application performance.
- Proactively suggest improvements and optimizations to an existing codebase
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take on challenging technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 1+ year(s) technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with building Web UIs using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), Webpack, React, Redux, Angular, and TypeScript is preferred.
- Familiarity with building mobile apps using iOS (Swift or Objective-C) or Android (Java or Kotlin) is a bonus!
